A Social Science graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University, Denise Alibudbud has a minor in both Japanese Studies and Cultural Heritage. In college, she served the university’s literary folio as Secretary-General and head of the production team.

Den first worked as a project manager for the Manila studio of Interactive Art Services that catered to international clientele. She went on to become Marketing Officer for AFS Philippines, a student-exchange program based in the University of the Philippines-Diliman. Her last corporate job was as Marketing Advocacy and Communications Officer for the Department of Education’s Adopt-A-School Program. She bites.

R. Javier A. Bengzon graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Filipino Literature, and is a fellow of both the Ateneo-Heights Writers Workshop and the Ateneo Institute of Literary Arts and Practices National Writers Workshop. His poems have appeared in Mabuhay Magazine, the Philippine Free Press, Heights, and the forthcoming New Writers series of books. His work with the written word also garnered for him the prestigious Loyola Schools Award for the Arts in Creative Writing.

In addition to writing creatively, Javie has extensive technical writing experience, having worked for a local web development company for some time. His technical expertise extends beyond writing in a single language, and much of his freelance work involves translation between Filipino and English. He is also a trained chef and food stylist, having finished the Professional Course of Gene Gonzales’s Center for Asian Culinary Studies.

When not writing or overseeing the growth of his first company, Javie is usually asleep. He often dreams of flopping quad aces over someone else’s king’s full.

Jason Triton Ligot has been a graphic designer for the past ten years. His design credits include various projects for the Ateneo de Manila University, the University of the East – Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. While in Ateneo he was editor-in-chief of the Ateneo Aegis, art director of AdDimensions Magazine and associate design editor of Heights. He has also designed for various socio-civic organizations such as the Chapel of the Eucharistic Lord, Hijas de Jesus and the National Movement for Free Elections.

Ayz graduated with a degree in BS Psychology from the Ateneo and is currently pursuing further studies in medicine at UERMMMC. He regularly transports human brains by train.
